Each delicious piece of our biltong comes from large, fresh pieces of solid beef muscle (USDA-Approved). Each piece is carefully seasoned and cured to perfection. Our slabs, a South African favorite, can be sliced with a pocket knife, chef’s knife, or even one of our Biltong USA Cleavers. By slicing the slab yourself, you are getting a fresh slice every single time in your own choice of thickness. Our slabs are available in either Lean (without fat) or Traditional (with fat).
