A customer favorite! Our Droëwors comes from our large, fresh pieces of solid beef muscle (USDA-Approved). Each piece ground into a course ground beef, carefully seasoned, stuffed into a lamb casing, and cured to perfection. Once cured, we cut the long strips of Droëwors into about 5” sticks. Also available is our Thick Droëwors (about double the thickness) and our Bite Sized Droëwors (cut into approximately 1” pieces).
