Shipping Details

There will be a temporary delay of 5-7 business days for processing before shipping.

We ship with FedEx and Post Office.

Currently, we ship to all of the continental states, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Due to meat prohibitions, we are unable to ship to Canada at this time.

When does my order ship?
Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible. Some orders may ship out the same day they are placed. However, this is not guaranteed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship, keeping in mind that we do not ship on holidays or weekends.

When will my package be delivered?
This depends on your chosen shipment method. Once shipped,
• USPS (Post Office) takes 2-3 business days.
• FedEx takes 1-5 business days depending on your location
(North Carolina takes 1 business day, California takes 5 business days).

Third Party Shipment Details
USPS (Post Office) takes 2-3 business days and does not guarantee their delivery dates. If the USPS updates your delivery date, there is nothing we can do regarding the delayed shipment.

FedEx takes 1-5 business days depending on your location and guarantees their delivery dates (North Carolina takes 1 business day, California takes 5 business days). FedEx does not deliver on Sundays. FedEx Ground (Residential) does not delivery on Mondays. FedEx Ground (Commercial) does not deliver on Saturdays. FedEx Express does deliver on Saturdays for a nominal fee and this option must be requested.

Address Change
If your order has not yet shipped, please call us immediately. If your order has shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to change the address. If your shipment method was FedEx and your package is not yet out for delivery, we are able to request a re-reoute for a nominal fee.

Return Policy

You have seven (7) days from the delivery date to notify us of any problems (whether regarding the order or the shipping) or to inquire for a return/replacement. The products in question will need to be returned for any refunds, credits, or replacements to be considered. Remember, biltong is food, so the sooner we help to sort out the dilemma, the better. Restrictions apply.

The following items are final sale and do not gualify for any refunds, replacements, credits, or alternations of any kind after sale:
• Special requests (Medium, Medium-wet, Wet, Extra Fatty, etc.)
• Boerewors (Traditional or Pure Beef)
• Single Sample Bags
• Ultimate Sample Packs
• Specials (products priced ending in $.99)
• Custom orders/Specially packed products
• Anything that was added to the order, such as complimentary items

We do not offer refunds, credit, or replacements for biltong that you didn't like and trashed. If you don't like it, didn't like the taste, or somethign else isn't to your liking, simply seal the remainder up in the bag and contact us immediately (within seven days of the delivery date). Any returns require that the biltong, even if opened, be shipped back to us.
We do not process returns, credits, or replacements if nothing is returned.

When in doubt, store it in the fridge.
Storing unopened biltong in the fridge or freezer will simply prolong its already long life.
